One of our Singapore clients, in the business of aesthetics beauty products and services wish to expand into China. They are not knowledgeable and familiar with the China market and terrain, except just being aware that it is big.

We explained to Client that there can be applicable grants provided to Singapore companies when they expand their operations overseas. Our Client is keen to engage us to help them set up a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) in China and protect his trademarks.

Before the Client engages us, we assist the client to seek more understandings of the grants available. Subsequently the Client engages us to carry on those services ie. Settling up of the WFOE, trademark application as well as search for a business partner. In the course of this, we advise the Client the investment rules and regulations in China, the strategy to enter the market as well as the implementation.
