Ms Jane Shi joins LE YU Group on 1st July 2017 as the General Manager, China. Her responsibilities include the entire administration, management and business strategies & development (inbound and outbound China).
Prior to her joining the LE YU Group, Jane was the CFO at Shanghai MingPin Medical Technology Co., Ltd. Jane managed the finance & HR/Admin, strategic investments and corporate financing.
From Nov 2012 to July 2016, Jane served as the Deputy General Manager (of a Business Unit) for one of the largest China State Owned (Fortune 500) ChemChina Group – ChemChina Finance (Assets) Company. She was involved in strategic investments, merger and restructuring of group subsidiaries, corporate financing & fund raising.
A larger part of Jane’s career was from August 2005 to May 2012, with SBA Corporate Advisory. Jane started as Senior Accountant providing accounting, tax and corporate services to clients. She rose through rank-and-file to attain the position of Director Finance/Admin/HR Business Development. In her capacity as Director, besides taking charge of internal management and overseeing BD, Jane assisted the CEO across 6 cities (Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Tianjin) and the 5 business groups comprising audit, accounting, tax, payroll/HR, corporate secretarial. The total staff under direct and indirect management was 260.
From 2003 to Aug 2005, Jane was the Finance Manager at Dalian Software Industrial Park.
From July of 1996 to Aug 2001, Jane worked with Dalian Container Terminal, a flagship joint venture between PSA Corp (Port of Singapore Authority) and Dalian Port Authority, rising from a junior executive/personal assistant to CFO to eventually become the Revenue Executive.
